… so here are a few answers…

Q: What is RedRiceProjects?

A: RedRiceProjects is a division of Tranquil-Media.co.uk that specialises and focuses on Chinese based Community Projects (CCP’s). These projects currently include a TV Documentary, a Feature Film and possibly a Drama Series in future.

The documentary will showcase the life and cultural differences for BBC’s who were born here and Chinese who migrated to the UK.

The full-length feature film will involve a cast of BBC’s.  The plot is yet to be discussed in Focus Groups.

 

Q: I’m interested in RedRiceProjects. How do I get involved?

A: RedRiceProjects is currently recruiting for people who are interested in taking part in a huge project involving primarily BBC’s (British Born Chinese). You can take part in our Focus Groups, and/or helping out with the production.  To apply, please complete the application form below.

 

Q: What are Focus Groups and why are you doing them?

A: We are looking for people who are directly associated with the projects we have in mind and asking them what they feel should be showcased. The aim of the Focus Groups is to capture everything and anything that rank high on the list of interests and concerns found within the community in question.

 

Q: Are you going to pay people for their contribution?

A: The projects are being run on a voluntary basis.  It has a community focus and we are looking for volunteers who are willing to devote a little of their time to contribute to these projects.  We are looking for funding and would welcome donations.  For those who have contributed, we will provide credits for.  It will also be an opportunity to enhance your own portfolio and we will gladly provide references.

 

Q: How can I make a donation?

A: Please go to the top of this page and click the ‘Donate’ button (alternatively you can click >here< to go to the top).

The current PayPal email is linked to a private account we will create a new Tranquil-Media.co.uk account soon, although all payments will be clearly marked with ‘Donation for RedRiceProjects’ as the item title.
